Below we have detailed an easy step guide to placing an order with 3Q Sports from our online shop, if you are having difficulty placing your order or have any question please call our shop on 01353 658789 or email bootroom@3qsports.co.uk.

Step 1 - STARTING YOUR ORDER

Click on the Online Shop icon on the fron page or click here.

Step 2 - SELECT CATEGORY

You must decide on which category you require - Bootroom, Memorabilia, Replica Shirts, Goalkeeper Gloves or Football Accessories. You can add items to your order from more than one category.

Step 3 - SELECT BRAND

You must now decide on which teamwear brand you want, once you have decided click on the relevant brand, you can add items to your quote from more than one manufacturer.

Step 4 - SELECT PRODUCTS

Select the product and style you require, once selected add the quantity and size required in the relevant box and click 'ADD TO CART'. Repeat this for each additional product you want to order.

Please note that your current order will appear in the green box (shopping basket) in the top right hand side of our website and you can go to it anytime to make any amendments.

Step 5 - COMPLETE ORDER 

Once you have selected all your requirements for your order click on the green box (Shopping Basket) to go to your completed order. If you need to amend anything you can do that from here. If you are happy with the order click 'CHECKOUT' which is located at the bottom of the order.

Step 6 - CUSTOMER DETAILS 

You must complete your details in the required fields as well as adding any additional information you may want to send us to help you with your quote/order, you can also attach any custom printing artwork here. Please read our terms and conditions and tick the box which is required before you can proceed, please also tick the 'Remember Me' option which will help you for future quotes by completing the required fields for you. If you want to be emailed for 3Q Sports special offers or promotions which we regularly have during the year please tick the 'Allow Promotional Emails' box.

Click 'CHECKOUT' which is located at the bottom of the page.

Step 7 - FINAL STEP 

If you are happy with the price quoted click 'CHECKOUT' which is located at the bottom of the page and you will be taken to your order detail page which gives you a breakdown of what you have ordered - you will also be sent an email confirmation of your order.

 PAYMENT

Payment can be made by NETBANX, credit card, cheque, cash or Paypal, if you prefer to pay by credit card over the phone please call 01353 658789. NETBANX is a secure online payment gateway and would recommend using this option.

 DELIVERY

Your order will be despatched on a next working day delivery if ordered before 3pm, orders after this time will be sent out the following day - please note that our couriers (Citylink) will require a signature upon delivery, we can deliver to an alternative address if required.
